Designation of Qualified Technicians (Breath Samples)

Notice Is Hereby Given that pursuant to subsection 254(1) of the Criminal Code (Canada), the Honourable David Turnbull, Solicitor General of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, on the 27th day of February, 2002, designated the following persons as being qualified to operate the approved instruments known as the Intoxilyzer® 5000C.
