Notice Is Hereby Given that pursuant to subsection 254(1) of the Criminal Code (Canada), the Honourable Robert Runciman, Minister of Public Safety and Security of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, on the 24th day of June 2003, designated the following persons as being qualified to operate the approved instruments known as the Intoxilyzer® 5000C.
