Notice Of Intention To Apply For An Order To Close Part Of A Cemetery

Funeral, Burial, and Cremation Services Act, 2002, S.O. 2002, Chapter 33

Beth Jacob Cemetery, owned by Beth Jacob of Kitchener Limited (Beth Jacob Synagogue) is located at 675 Victoria Street South, in the City of Kitchener, in the Regional Municipality of Waterloo, Province of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû. The cemetery is approximately 85 metres by 80 metres. It is located on the corner of Westmount Road, Kitchener and Victoria Street South, Kitchener. There are no interments in the part of the cemetery to be closed.

Take Notice That, pursuant to the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002, S.O. 2002, Chapter 33, the undersigned intends to make an application for an Order closing part of the cemetery being a strip of land approximately 2.1 metres by 85 metres abutting Westmount Road, being Parts 3, 4, and 5 on Plan 58R-17538. The reasons for the closure application are for purposes of road improvements to Westmount Road (Regional Road 50).

Take Further Notice That, interested persons may make submissions regarding the proposed application in writing to:
