Making Healthier Choices Act, 2015

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, name,

  1. January 1, 2016 as the day on which the following provisions of the Making Healthier Choices Act, 2015, c. 7, which amend the Smoke Free °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû Act, come into force:

    Schedule 2, s. 1-5, 7-9.
  2. January 1, 2016 as the day on which the following provisions of the Making Healthier Choices Act, 2015, c. 7, being the Electronic Cigarettes Act, 2015, come into force:

    Schedule 3, s. 1, 2, 6, 9, 10 (4), (5), 13-14, 15 (1) (a)-(f), (h), 15 (2), 16.
  3. January 1, 2016 as the day on which the following provision of the Making Healthier Choices Act, 2015, c. 7, which amends the Human Rights Code, comes into force:

    Schedule 3, s. 17.

Fighting Fraud And Reducing Automobile Insurance Rates Act, 2014

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, name,

  1. July 1, 2016 as the day on which the following provisions of the Fighting Fraud and Reducing Automobile Insurance Rates Act, 2014, c. 9, which amend the Repair and Storage Liens Act, come into force:

    Schedule 4, s. 1, 2 (1), 3 (1), (3), 4-6.
  2. January 1, 2017 as the day on which the following provisions of the Fighting Fraud and Reducing Automobile Insurance Rates Act, 2014, c. 9, which amend the Consumer Protection Act, 2002, come into force:

    Schedule 1, s. 1, 2, 7 (1), 8.
  3. January 1, 2017 as the day on which the following provisions of the Fighting Fraud and Reducing Automobile Insurance Rates Act, 2014, c. 9, which amend the Repair and Storage Liens Act, come into force:

    Schedule 4, s. 2 (2), 3 (2).
