On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council, orders that:

O.C./Décret 519/2016

Whereas responsibility for the administration of clause 13(1)(n.2) of the Athletics Control Act, R.S.O 1990, c. A.34 is currently assigned to the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 1572/2011 dated December 7, 2011, and responsibility for the administration of the remainder of the Athletics Control Act is currently assigned to the Minister of Government and Consumer Services pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 217/2015 dated February 18, 2015;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 2(2), 5(1) and 8(1) of the Executive Council Act, and despite any provision of a statute or Order in Council, responsibility for the administration of the Athletics Control Act is hereby assigned and transferred to the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport;

And Further Order in Council O.C. 1572/2011 dated December 7, 2011 and Order in Council O.C. 217/2015 dated February 18, 2015 are hereby amended and shall be interpreted accordingly.
