Designation of Qualified Technicians (Breath Samples)

notice is hereby given that pursuant to subsection 254(1) of the Criminal Code (Canada), the Honourable Marie-France Lalonde, Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, on the 9th day of April 2018, designated the following persons as being qualified to operate the approved instrument known as the Intoxilyzer® 8000C.
