Courts of Justice Act

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, name,

the following as additional areas in which the Family Court has jurisdiction, effective on May 13, 2019, pursuant to section 21.1(5) of the Courts of Justice Act:

County of Renfrew

County of Hastings

County of Prince Edward

Regional Municipality of Haldimand- Norfolk

Regional Municipality of Waterloo

Regional Municipality of Niagara

County of Elgin

including (for greater certainty) every municipality situated in those areas, whether or not the municipality forms part of the area for municipal purposes.
