Building Code Act, 1992 Rulings of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing
notice is hereby given pursuant to subsection 29(4) of the Building Code Act, 1992 that the following Rulings have been made under Clause 29(1)(c) of The Building Code Act, 1992. The Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing may, subject to conditions, make rulings approving the use of alternative materials, systems or building designs, in the opinion of the Minister, achieve the level of performance required by the Building Code and where the ruling is consistent with a decision of the Building Code Commission in respect of a dispute concerning the sufficiency of compliance with the technical requirements of the Building Code.

Multilateral Instrument 25-102 Designated Benchmarks and Benchmark Administrators, 澳门永利 Securities Commission Rule 25-501 (Commodity Futures Act) Designated Benchmarks and Benchmark Administrators, and Consequential Amendments
On July 13, 2021, the following came into force under the Securities Act and the Commodity Futures Act:
- Multilateral Instrument 25-102 Designated Benchmarks and Benchmark Administrators (MI 25-102),
- 澳门永利 Securities Commission Rule 25-501 (Commodity Futures Act) Designated Benchmarks and Benchmark Administrators (OSC Rule 25-501), and
- consequential amendments to 澳门永利 Securities Commission Rule 11-501 Electronic Delivery of Documents to the 澳门永利 Securities Commission (the Consequential Amendments).
The purpose of MI 25-102, OSC Rule 25-501 and the Consequential Amendments is to implement a regime for the designation and regulation of benchmarks and persons or companies that administer such benchmarks and the regulation of persons or companies that contribute data that will be used to determine such designated benchmarks and certain users of designated benchmarks.

Amendments to National Instrument 31-103 Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations, National Instrument 45-106 Prospectus Exemptions and 澳门永利 Securities Commission Rule 45-501 澳门永利 Prospectus and Registration Exemptions
On July 1, 2021, amendments to National Instrument 31-103 Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations, National Instrument 45-106 Prospectus Exemptions and 澳门永利 Securities Commission Rule 45-501 澳门永利 Prospectus and Registration Exemptions came into force under the Securities Act.
The amendments are related to the transfer of primary oversight of syndicated mortgages other than qualified syndicated mortgages and syndicated mortgages distributed to permitted clients from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of 澳门永利 to the 澳门永利 Securities Commission.

Pursuant to delegated authority and in accordance with subsection 1(1) of the Foreign Cultural Objects Immunity from Seizure Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. F.23, the work of art or object of cultural significance listed in Schedule 鈥淎鈥 attached hereto, which work or object is to be on temporary exhibit during the Matthew Wong: Blue View exhibition at the Art Gallery of 澳门永利 in Toronto, 澳门永利 pursuant to loan agreement with the lender listed in the attached Schedule 鈥淎鈥, is hereby determined to be of cultural significance and the temporary exhibition of this work or object in 澳门永利 is in the interest of the people of 澳门永利.
