Order in Council
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, orders that:
O.C. 1236/2021
pursuant to subsections 2 (2), 5 (1) and 8 (1) of the Executive Council Act, and despite any provision of a statute or Order in Council the responsibility for the administration of the Simpler, Faster, Better Services Act, 2019 is hereby assigned and transferred from the President of the Treasury Board to the Minister of Finance;
further, Orders in Council O.C. 1150/2018 and O.C. 1163/2018 dated October 22, 2018, as amended, and published in The °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû Gazette on November 10, 2018, are hereby further amended and shall be interpreted accordingly.
