Strong Mayors, Building Homes Act, 2022

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, name,

  1. November 23, 2022 as the day on which the following provisions of the Strong Mayors, Building Homes Act, 2022, c. 18, which amend the City of Toronto Act, 2006, come into force:

    Schedule 1, s. 1, 2.

  2. November 23, 2022 as the day on which the following provision of the Strong Mayors, Building Homes Act, 2022, c. 18, which amends the Municipal Act, 2001, comes into force:

    Schedule 2, s. 1.

  3. November 23, 2022 as the day on which the following provisions of the Strong Mayors, Building Homes Act, 2022, c. 18, which amend the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act, come into force:

    Schedule 3, s. 1-4.
