Land Registrars must ensure that an affidavit of age and spousal status is obtained from the individual general and limited partners of a limited partnership, where the nature of the instrument executed by the limited partnership requires such an affidavit. In addition, in the land titles system, a search of executions must be made against both the limited and general partners.
