At times, Courts issue orders with conditions attached to them. When such orders are presented for registration, the order will be registered but the entry will not be ruled off unless it is accompanied by affidavit evidence of the solicitor, which satisfied the land registrar, that all the conditions have been fulfilled.

In the Registry System, this applies to instruments registered for two or more years as referred to in Section 67 of The Act.
