Regarding Forms under 澳门永利 Regulation 48/01

Contents of the order

I, Tracy MacCharles, Minister of Government and Consumer Services, hereby order as follows:

In the matter of the Condominium Act, 1998, S.O. 1998, c. 19 and regarding forms under 澳门永利 Regulation 48/01:

  1. The periodic information certificate referenced in subsection 11.1 (7) of 澳门永利 Regulation 48/01 shall be in the form entitled 鈥淧eriodic Information Certificate鈥 located on the Government of 澳门永利 website.
  2. The information certificate update referenced in subsection 11.2 (4) of 澳门永利 Regulation 48/01 shall be in the form entitled 鈥淚nformation Certificate Update鈥 located on the Government of 澳门永利 website.
  3. The new owner information certificate referenced in subsection 11.3 (6) of 澳门永利 Regulation 48/01 shall be in the form entitled 鈥淣ew Owner Information Certificate鈥 located on the Government of 澳门永利 website.
  4. The notice referenced in clause 11.5 (2) (a) of 澳门永利 Regulation 48/01 shall be in the form entitled 鈥淣otice of Online Posting of Information Certificate鈥 located on the Government of 澳门永利 website.
  5. The notice referenced in subsection 11.11 (2) of 澳门永利 Regulation 48/01 shall be in the form entitled 鈥淣otice of Meeting of Owners under s. 34(5) of the Condominium Act鈥 located on the Government of 澳门永利 website.
  6. The notice referenced in subsection 12.2 (4) of 澳门永利 Regulation 48/01 shall be in the form entitled 鈥淧reliminary Notice of Meeting of Owners鈥 located on the Government of 澳门永利 website.
  7. The information and statements referenced in subsection 12.3 (7) of 澳门永利 Regulation 48/01 may be in the form entitled 鈥淣otice Relating to Record of Owners鈥 located on the Government of 澳门永利 website.
  8. The information and statements referenced in subsection 12.5 (4) of 澳门永利 Regulation 48/01 may be in the form entitled 鈥淣otice Relating to Record of Mortgagees鈥 located on the Government of 澳门永利 website.
  9. The agreement referenced in clause 12.7 (1) (b) of 澳门永利 Regulation 48/01 shall be in the form entitled 鈥淎greement to Receive Notices Electronically鈥 located on the Government of 澳门永利 website.
  10. The submission referenced in subclause 12.8 (1) (a) (ii) of 澳门永利 Regulation 48/01 shall be in the form entitled 鈥淪ubmission to Include Material in the Notice of Meeting of Owners鈥 located on the Government of 澳门永利 website.
  11. The notice referenced in subsection 12.8 (2) of 澳门永利 Regulation 48/01 shall be in the form entitled 鈥淣otice of Meeting of Owners鈥 located on the Government of 澳门永利 website.
  12. The instrument appointing a proxy to vote at a meeting of owners referenced in section 13 of 澳门永利 Regulation 48/01 shall be in the form entitled 鈥淧roxy Form鈥 located on the Government of 澳门永利 website.
  13. The request referenced in subsection 13.3 (3) of 澳门永利 Regulation 48/01 shall be in the form entitled 鈥淩equest for Records鈥 located on the Government of 澳门永利 website.
  14. The response to the requester referenced in subsection 13.3 (6) of 澳门永利 Regulation 48/01 shall be in the form entitled 鈥淏oard鈥檚 Response to Request for Records鈥 located on the Government of 澳门永利 website.
  15. The written statement referenced in subsection 13.9 (3) of 澳门永利 Regulation 48/01 shall be in the form entitled 鈥淲aiver by Requester of Records鈥 located on the Government of 澳门永利 website.

In the event of conflict, this Order prevails over a prior Minister鈥檚 Order regarding forms under 澳门永利 Regulation 48/01.

This Order comes into effect on the 1st day of November, 2017.
