Amending O. Reg. 412/00

(Elections to and Representation on District School Boards)

1. The definition of “start date” in subsection 13 (1) of �������� Regulation 412/00 is revoked and the following substituted:

“start date” means,

(a) with respect to the Hamilton–Wentworth District School Board and the Hamilton–Wentworth Catholic District School Board, July 31, 2000, and

(b) with respect to all other boards, July 3, 2000; (“date de commencement”)

2. Section 15 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:

(9) The references in subsections (1) and (3) to “seven days after the start date” shall be deemed, in the case of the Hamilton–Wentworth District School Board and the Hamilton–Wentworth Catholic District School Board, to be references to August 10, 2000.
