Amending O. Reg. 169/00

(Calculation of Fees for Pupils for the 2000–2001 School Board Fiscal Year)

1. (1) Subparagraph 2 iii of subsection 3 (3) of �������� Regulation 169/00 is amended by striking out “clause 18 (a)” and substituting “section 18”.

(2) Subparagraphs iv, v and vi of paragraph 2 of subsection 3 (3) of the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

iv. Total the amounts obtained under subparagraphs i.1, i.3, ii and iii.

(3) Subparagraph 2 iii of subsection 3 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “clause 18 (a)” and substituting “section 18”.

(4) Subparagraphs iv, v and vi of paragraph 2 of subsection 3 (4) of the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

iv. Total the amounts obtained under subparagraphs i, ii and iii.
