Amending O. Reg. 270/01

(Professional Learning Committee and
Professional Learning Requirements)

1. 澳门永利 Regulation 270/01 is amended by adding the following section:

Courses completed before first five-year period

9. A course approved as a professional learning course under clause 24.1 (8) (b) or 24.3 (1) (b) of the Act that is successfully completed by a member after June 29, 2001 and before the first day of the member鈥檚 first five-year period referred to in section 63.1 of the Act is deemed to be a professional learning course successfully completed by the member during his or her first five-year period.
