Changes to the oxford county
board of health

1. (1) The council of the County of Oxford may change the composition of the Oxford County Board of Health to be the same as the composition of the council of the County of Oxford, effective immediately upon the passing of the by-law.

(2) Subsection (1) applies despite subsection 64 (1) of the County of Oxford Act.
