Amending O. Reg. 107/99

Note: Since the end of 2002, �������� Regulation 107/99 has been amended by �������� Regulation 113/03. Previous amendments are listed in the Table of Regulations published in The �������� Gazette dated January 18, 2003.

1. Part V of the Table to Schedule 1 to �������� Regulation 107/99 is amended,

(a) by striking out “Young Offenders” in item 16 and substituting “Youth Justice”;

(b) by striking out “Young Offenders Act (Canada)” in item 16.2 and substituting “Youth Criminal Justice Act (�䲹�Բ��岹)”.

2. Note E to Schedule 4 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “young offenders court” in clause (a) and substituting “youth justice court”.
