(�������� Drinking-Water Quality Standards)

1. Subsection 2 (2) of �������� Regulation 169/03 is amended by striking out “corrective action is taken under Schedule 17 or 18 to �������� Regulation 170/03 (Drinking-Water Systems)” at the end and substituting “corrective action is taken under Schedule 17 or 18 to �������� Regulation 170/03 (Drinking-Water Systems) or Schedule 5 to �������� Regulation 252/05 (Non-Residential and Non-Municipal Seasonal Residential Systems that Do Not Serve Designated Facilities), as the case may be”.
