Amending O. Reg. 213/91

(Construction Projects)

1. Part II.1 of �������� Regulation 213/91 is revoked.

2. Clause 247 (1) (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the requirements of Part II.1” and substituting “the requirements of �������� Regulation 632/05 (Confined Spaces) made under the Act”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2011 and the day it is filed.
