Amending O. Reg. 665/98

(HUNTING)

1.�� Clauses 25 (2) (a) and (b) of �������� Regulation 665/98 are revoked and the following substituted:

(a) in an area specified in the Table;

(b) during the open season applicable to the person and to the area, as specified in the Table; and

(c) of the age and sex specified in the Table, if any.

2.�� (1)�� Subsection 55 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “item 1.1 and 2.2 of Table 8” and substituting “items 3 and 8 of Table 8”.

(2)�� Subsection 55 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “item 1.1 of Table 8” and substituting “item 3 of Table 8”.

3.�� Paragraph 2 of subsection 86 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Items 1.1 and 1.2 of Table 8” and substituting “items 3 and 4 of Table 8”.

Commencement

4.�� This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
