Amending O. Reg. 340/94

(DRIVERS’ LICENCES)

1. Section 12 of �������� Regulation 340/94 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(3) Subsection (1) does not apply to an applicant for a Class A, C, D or F driver’s licence who is a member or former member of the Canadian Armed Forces and who meets the requirements of section 6 of �������� Regulation 341/94 (Driver Licence Examinations) made under the Act.

2. Subsection 29 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “or” at the end of clause (a), by adding “or” at the end of subclause (b) (ii) and by adding the following clause:

(c) is a member or former member of the Canadian Armed Forces who meets the requirements of section 6 of �������� Regulation 341/94 (Driver Licence Examinations) made under the Act.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2015 and the day it is filed.
