Amending O. Reg. 199/07

(COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTIONS)

1. The definition of “commercial motor vehicle” in subsection 1 (1) of �������� Regulation 199/07 is amended by adding the following clause:

(c.1) a commercial motor vehicle operated under the terms of a Manufacturer permit and number plate issued under Regulation 628 of the Revised Regulations of ��������, 1990 (Vehicle Permits) made under the Act,

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2016 and the day this Regulation is filed.
