Amending O. Reg. 136/12

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. (1) Clause 32 (1) (c) of �������� Regulation 136/12 is amended by striking out “Native studies” and substituting “First Nations, Métis and Inuit studies”.

(2) Subsection 32 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Native Studies” and substituting “First Nations, Métis and Inuit studies” in the portion before paragraph 1.

(3) Paragraph 1 of subsection 32 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Native studies” and substituting “First Nations, Métis and Inuit studies”.

(4) Paragraph 2 of subsection 32 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Native studies” and substituting “First Nations, Métis and Inuit studies”.

2. Paragraph 4 of section 56 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

4. Add the amount determined under paragraph 3 to the amount or, if there is more than one amount for a board, the total of the amounts, set out in Column 4 of Table 25.3 opposite the name of the board.

3. Table 25.2 to the Regulation is amended by:

1. Striking out “10,121,149” in Column 4 of Item 41 and substituting “10,397,575”.

2. Striking out “11,370,875” in Column 4 of Item 45 and substituting “11,823,475”.

3. Striking out “10,009,735” in Column 4 of Item 77 and substituting “10,636,949”.

4. Striking out “3,392,102” in Column 4 of Item 78 and substituting “4,354,467”.

4. Table 25.3 to the Regulation is amended by:

1. Striking out Column 5.

2. Striking out “3,307,037” in Column 4 of Item 9 and substituting “1,325,371”.

Commencement

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
