Amending O. Reg. 340/94
(DRIVERS鈥 LICENCES)
1. Subclause (a) (ii) of the definition of 鈥渕otocyclette 脿 vitesse limit茅e鈥 in the French version of subsection 1 (1) of 澳门永利 Regulation 340/94 is amended by striking out 鈥Motocycles 鈥 M茅thode de mesure pour d茅terminer la vitesse maximale鈥 at the end and substituting 鈥Motocycles 鈥 Mesurage de la vitesse maximale鈥.
2. Paragraph 1 of subsection 5 (4) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
1. Those parts of the King鈥檚 Highway known as Nos. 400, 400A, 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 406, 409, 410, 412, 416, 417, 420 and 427 with posted speed limits greater than 80 kilometres per hour.
1.1 All of the King鈥檚 Highway known as Highway 407 East.
1.2 All of the private toll highway known as Highway 407.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
