Amending O. Reg. 120/13

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2013-2014 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 62 (2) of �������� Regulation 120/13 is amended by adding the following subparagraphs:

vii. The sum of the amounts set out in Columns 2 and 3 of Table 10.1 opposite the name of the board.

viii. The amount of the attendance recognition allocation determined under section 45.1.

2. Table 27.0.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “4,034,439” in Column 4 of item 64 and substituting “4,334,439”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
