Amending O. Reg. 76/14

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2014-2015 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. The definitions of “2006-2007 grant regulation”, “2007-2008 grant regulation”, “2008-2009 grant regulation”, “2009-2010 grant regulation”, “2010-2011 grant regulation”, “2011-2012 grant regulation”, “2012-2013 grant regulation”, “2013-2014 A.D.E. regulation”, “2013-2014 fees regulation” and “2013-2014 grant regulation”�� in subsection 1 (2) of �������� Regulation 76/14 are revoked and the following substituted:

“2006-2007 grant regulation” means �������� Regulation 341/06 (Grants for Student Needs — Legislative Grants for the 2006-2007 School Board Fiscal Year) made under the Act, as it read immediately before it was revoked; (“règlement sur les subventions de 2006-2007”)

“2007-2008 grant regulation” means �������� Regulation 152/07 (Grants for Student Needs — Legislative Grants for the 2007-2008 School Board Fiscal Year) made under the Act, as it read immediately before it was revoked; (“règlement sur les subventions de 2007-2008”)

“2008-2009 grant regulation” means �������� Regulation 85/08 (Grants for Student Needs — Legislative Grants for the 2008-2009 School Board Fiscal Year) made under the Act, as it read immediately before it was revoked; (“règlement sur les subventions de 2008-2009”)

“2009-2010 grant regulation” means �������� Regulation 155/09 (Grants for Student Needs — Legislative Grants for the 2009-2010 School Board Fiscal Year) made under the Act, as it read immediately before it was revoked; (“règlement sur les subventions de 2009-2010”)

“2010-2011 grant regulation” means �������� Regulation 196/10 (Grants for Student Needs — Legislative Grants for the 2010-2011 School Board Fiscal Year) made under the Act, as it read immediately before it was revoked; (“règlement sur les subventions de 2010-2011”)

“2011-2012 grant regulation” means �������� Regulation 160/11 (Grants for Student Needs — Legislative Grants for the 2011-2012 School Board Fiscal Year) made under the Act, as it read immediately before it was revoked; (“règlement sur les subventions de 2011-2012”)

“2012-2013 grant regulation” means �������� Regulation 136/12 (Grants for Student Needs — Legislative Grants for the 2012-2013 School Board Fiscal Year) made under the Act, as it read immediately before it was revoked; (“règlement sur les subventions de 2012-2013”)

“2013-2014 A.D.E. regulation” means �������� Regulation 118/13 (Calculation of Average Daily Enrolment for the 2013-2014 School Board Fiscal Year) made under the Act, as it read immediately before it was revoked; (“règlement sur l’effectif quotidien moyen de 2013-2014”)

“2013-2014 fees regulation” means �������� Regulation 119/13 (Calculation of Fees for Pupils for the 2013-2014 School Board Fiscal Year) made under the Act, as it read immediately before it was revoked; (“règlement sur les droits de 2013-2014”)

“2013-2014 grant regulation” means �������� Regulation 120/13 (Grants for Student Needs — Legislative Grants for the 2013-2014 School Board Fiscal Year) made under the Act, as it read immediately before it was revoked; (“règlement sur les subventions de 2013-2014”)

2. Paragraph 2.1 of section 50 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “retrofitting” and substituting “additions, retrofits and major renovations to”.

3. (1) Subsection 52.1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “retrofitting” and substituting “additions, retrofits and major renovations to”.

(2) Subsection 52.1 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “retrofitting” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “additions, retrofits and major renovations to”.

(3) Paragraph 1 of subsection 52.1 (3) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

1. Determine the total number of child care spaces that meet all of the following requirements:

i. During the time period beginning on July 10, 2012 and ending on August 31, 2017, the child care space has been or will be created by an addition or major renovation, or has been or will be retrofitted.

ii. The child care space is for the purpose of providing child care during a fiscal year for children who, on August 31 of the previous fiscal year, were younger than 44 months of age.

iii. The child care space is in buildings or on real property owned, leased or otherwise acquired by the board.

(4) Paragraph 1 of subsection 52.1 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “retrofitting” in the portion before the formula and substituting “on additions, retrofits and major renovations to”.

(5) Subsection 52.1 (5) of the Regulation is revoked.

4. Table 8 of the Regulation is amended by adding,

(a) “7945” in Column 2 of item 16; and

(b) “3014” in Column 2 of item 18.

5. The French version of the heading to Table 11 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

6. (1) The heading to Table 25.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “RETROFITTING” and substituting “ADDITIONS, RETROFITS AND MAJOR RENOVATIONS TO”.

(2) The heading to Column 3 of Table 25.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “retrofitting” and substituting “additions, retrofits and major renovations to”.

(3) The heading to Column 4 of Table 25.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “retrofitting” and substituting “additions, retrofits and major renovations to”.

7. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
