Amending O. Reg. 216/16

(CALCULATION OF FEES FOR PUPILS FOR THE 2016-2017 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. (1) Paragraph 6 of subsection 3 (3) of �������� Regulation 216/16 is amended by,

(a) striking out “First Nation, Métis and Inuit Education” in the portion before subparagraph i and substituting “Indigenous education”;

(b) striking out “Native” in the English version of subparagraph i and substituting “Indigenous”; and

(c) striking out “Aboriginal” in subparagraph ii and substituting “Indigenous”.

(2) Paragraph 6 of subsection 3 (4) of the Regulation is amended by,

(a) striking out “First Nation, Métis and Inuit Education” in the portion before subparagraph i and substituting “Indigenous education”;

(b) striking out “Native” in the English version of subparagraph i and substituting “Indigenous”;

(c) striking out “First Nation, Métis and Inuit Studies” in subparagraph ii and substituting “Indigenous studies”; and

(d) striking out “Aboriginal” in subparagraph iii and substituting “Indigenous”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
