(EFFLUENT MONITORING AND EFFLUENT LIMITS - INORGANIC CHEMICAL SECTOR)

1. (1) Clause (a) of the definition of 鈥渓imited parameter鈥 in subsection 1 (1) of 澳门永利 Regulation 64/95 is amended by striking out 鈥淪chedule 4 for the plant鈥 and substituting 鈥渢he Table for the plant in Schedule 4鈥.

(2) Clause (b) of the definition of 鈥渓imited parameter鈥 in subsection 1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding 鈥渢he Table for the plant in鈥 before 鈥淪chedule 2鈥.

2. (1) Subsection 8 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out 鈥淪chedule 2 for the discharger鈥檚 plant鈥 at the end and substituting 鈥渢he Table for the discharger鈥檚 plant in Schedule 2鈥.

(2) Subsection 8 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out 鈥淪chedule 4 for the discharger鈥檚 plant鈥 at the end and substituting 鈥渢he Table for the discharger鈥檚 plant in Schedule 4鈥.

3. (1) Subsection 16 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding 鈥渢he Table for the discharger鈥檚 plant in鈥 before 鈥淪chedule 2鈥.
