Amending O. Reg. 263/02

(EXPLORATION LICENCES, PRODUCTION AND STORAGE LEASES FOR OIL AND GAS IN ONTARIO)

1. Clause 24 (d) of �������� Regulation 263/02 is amended by striking out “Commissioner” at the end and substituting “Tribunal”.

2. Clause 26 (1) (c) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Commissioner” at the end and substituting “Tribunal”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 7 of Schedule 17 to the Stronger, Healthier �������� Act (Budget Measures), 2017 comes into force and the day it is filed.
