Amending O. Reg. 245/97

(EXPLORATION, DRILLING AND PRODUCTION)

1. �������� Regulation 245/97 is amended by striking out “Commissioner” wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting in each case “Tribunal”:

1. Subsection 8 (4) in the portion before paragraph 1.

2. Subsection 14 (2) and subsections (3) and (4), in the portion before clause (a).

3. Subsection 15 (2).

4. Clause 16 (1) (b) and subsection (9).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 9 of Schedule 17 to the Stronger, Healthier �������� Act (Budget Measures), 2017 comes into force and the day it is filed.
