Amending O. Reg. 412/00

(ELECTIONS TO AND REPRESENTATION ON DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARDS)

1. Subsection 5 (2) of �������� Regulation 412/00 is revoked.

2. Subsection 9 (3) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(3) The copy of the report referred to in subsection (2) shall be sent by April 3 in the election year.

3. (1) Subsection 10 (4) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(4) The appeal must be commenced no later than April 21 in the election year.

(2) Subsection 10 (6) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(6) The secretary of the board shall forward any notices of appeal to the �������� Municipal Board by April 25 in the election year.

4. Table 5 of the Regulation is amended by making the following amendments in the column entitled “Dispersal Factor”:

1. Item 1, strike out “18.5” and substitute “16.0”.

2. Item 2, strike out “15.4” and substitute “13.9”.

3. Item 4, strike out “41.2” and substitute “47.1”.

4. Item 6, strike out “41.7” and substitute “50.0”.

5. Item 8, strike out “34.8” and substitute “40.0”.

6. Item 12, strike out “2.8” and substitute “2.7”.

7. Item 13, strike out “66.7” and substitute “55.6”.

8. Item 14, strike out “7.2” and substitute “20.0”.

9. Item 15, strike out “7.9” and substitute “10.2”.

10. Item 16, strike out “6.3” and substitute “5.9”.

11. Item 17, strike out “23.5” and substitute “27.3”.

12. Item 18, strike out “16.7” and substitute “20.7”.

13. Item 20, strike out “11.5” and substitute “10.7”.

14. Item 21, strike out “2.0” and substitute “1.8”.

Commencement

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
