Amending O. Reg. 79/10

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 289 (3) of �������� Regulation 79/10 is amended by striking out “under the Municipal Act, 2001” at the end and substituting “under section 418 of the Municipal Act, 2001”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 72 of Schedule 1 to the Modernizing ��������’s Municipal Legislation Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
