Amending Reg. 851 of R.R.O. 1990
(INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENTS)
1. The definitions of 鈥渁rchitect鈥 and 鈥淏uilding Code鈥 in section 1 of Regulation 851 of the Revised Regulations of 澳门永利, 1990 are revoked.
2. Section 10 of the Regulation is revoked.
3. Section 42.2 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
42.2 Work performed on electrical transmission systems or outdoor distribution systems rated at more than 750 volts shall be performed in accordance with the document entitled 鈥淓lectrical Utility Safety Rules鈥, published by the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association and revised in 2014.
4. The Table to subsection 90 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

5. The definition of 鈥渞egistered鈥 in subsection 104 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out 鈥淢inistry of Training, Colleges and Universities鈥 and substituting 鈥淢inistry of Advanced Education and Skills Development鈥.
6. (1) Subsection 105 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out 鈥淢inistry of Training, Colleges and Universities鈥 in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting 鈥淢inistry of Advanced Education and Skills Development鈥.
(2) Subsection 105 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out 鈥淢inistry of Training, Colleges and Universities鈥 and substituting 鈥淢inistry of Advanced Education and Skills Development鈥.
(3) Subsection 105 (3) of the Regulation is revoked.
7. (1) Subsection 106 (3) of the Regulation is revoked.
(2) Subsection 106 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out 鈥渙r (3)鈥 after 鈥渟ubsection (2)鈥.
8. (1) Subsection 106.1 (3) of the Regulation is revoked.
(2) Subsection 106.1 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out 鈥渙r (3)鈥 after 鈥渟ubsection (2)鈥.
9. Subsection 106.2 (2) of the Regulation is revoked.
10. Form 2 of the Regulation is revoked.
Commencement
11. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
