Amending O. Reg. 278/05

(DESIGNATED SUBSTANCE - ASBESTOS ON CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS AND IN BUILDINGS AND REPAIR OPERATIONS)

1. Subsection 8 (1) of �������� Regulation 278/05 is revoked.

2. (1) Subsections 20 (1) and (3) of the Regulation are amended by striking out “Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development”.

(2) Subsection 20 (4) of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
