Amending O. Reg. 222/98
(GENERAL)
1. Paragraph 5 of subsection 32 (2) of 澳门永利 Regulation 222/98 is amended by striking out 鈥Child and Family Services Act鈥 and substituting 鈥淐hild, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017鈥.
2. (1) Paragraph 4 of subsection 41 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out 鈥Child and Family Services Act鈥 and substituting 鈥淐hild, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017鈥.
(2) Paragraph 4.1 of subsection 41 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
4.1 A payment made by a children鈥檚 aid society on behalf of a child receiving services under the听Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017, if the society has determined under clause 32 (1) (b) of 澳门永利 Regulation 156/18 (General Matters Under the Authority of the Minister) made under that Act that there are reasonable and probable grounds to believe that the child is in need of protection and the child has not been placed in the society鈥檚 care,
i. by an agreement entered into under subsection 75 (1) of that Act, or
ii. by an order made under clause 94 (2) (d), paragraph 2, 3 or 4 of subsection 101 (1), section 114 or clause 116 (1) (c) of that Act.
(3) Paragraph 4.2 of subsection 41 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out 鈥渃lause 65.2 (1) (b) of the听Child and Family Services Act鈥 and substituting 鈥渃lause 116 (1) (b) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017鈥.
(4) Paragraph 5 of subsection 41 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out 鈥渃lause 175 (f) of the听Child and Family Services Act鈥 and substituting 鈥渃lause 240 (f) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017鈥.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 350 of Schedule 1 to the Supporting Children, Youth and Families Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
