Amending Reg. 1094 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. The definition of “children’s aid society” in subsection 5 (6) of Regulation 1094 of the Revised Regulations of ��������, 1990 is amended by striking out “Child and Family Services Act” and substituting “Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017”.

2. Paragraph 6 of subsection 72 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

6. A representative of a children’s aid society as defined in the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 350 of Schedule 1 to the Supporting Children, Youth and Families Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
