General
Interpretation
1. In this Regulation,
鈥渄ata standards鈥 means the data standards established under section 6 of the Act entitled 鈥淒ata Standards for the Identification and Monitoring of Systemic Racism鈥 and approved by Order in Council 897/2018; (鈥渘ormes relatives aux donn茅es鈥)
鈥渟pecified children鈥檚 aid society鈥 means a children鈥檚 aid society designated under the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 that is listed in Schedule 1 to this Regulation; (鈥渟oci茅t茅 d鈥檃ide 脿 l鈥檈nfance pr茅cis茅e鈥)
鈥測oung person鈥 means a young person as defined in subsection 2 (1) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017. (鈥渁dolescent鈥)
Authorization or requirement to collect information
2. (1) A public sector organization or a member of a class of public sector organizations set out in Column 1 of the Table to this section,
(a) is either authorized or required, as indicated opposite the organization or class of organizations in Column 2 of the Table, to collect the information, including personal information, set out opposite the organization or class of organizations in Column 3 of the Table in relation to the programs, services or functions set out opposite the organization or class of organizations in Column 4 of the Table; and
(b) shall, with respect to the information that is personal information, comply with all or part of the data standards, as indicated in Column 5 of the Table opposite the organization or class of organizations, unless it is indicated that none of the standards apply with respect to the information.
(2) The public sector organization or member of a class of public sector organizations is authorized or required to collect the information in relation to the programs, services or functions as of the date set out in Column 6 of the Table opposite the organization or class of organizations.

Commencement
4. (1) Subject to subsections (2) to (4), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsection 3 (1) of this Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 42 of Schedule 2 to the Safer 澳门永利 Act, 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
(3) Subsection 3 (2) of this Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 4 of Schedule 4 to the Safer 澳门永利 Act, 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
(4) Subsection 3 (3) of this Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 5 of Schedule 2 to the Safer 澳门永利 Act, 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
