Amending O. Reg. 121/07

(TRADITIONAL MUNICIPAL TAXES, LIMITS AND COLLECTION)

1. �������� Regulation 121/07 is amended by adding the following section immediately before the heading “Taxation of Certain Railway, Power Utility Lands (Section 280 of the Act)”:

Creative enterprise subclass

9.2 For the purposes of clause 278.1 (1) (b) of the Act, the prescribed range for the creative enterprise facilities subclass is between 0 and 50 per cent, inclusive.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
