Amending O. Reg. 415/06

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 16 of subsection 3 (1) of �������� Regulation 415/06 is revoked.

2. Section 6 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Trust account

6. A private career college that was required by this section, as it read on December 31, 2018, to hold fees in a trust account may withdraw or disburse any remaining funds held in the trust account.

3. Paragraph 3 of subsection 9 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$1,000” and substituting “$2,000”.

4. Subsection 44 (4) of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

5. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2019 and the day it is filed.
