Amending O. Reg. 43/02

(EHEALTH ONTARIO)

1. (1) Subsection 6 (1) of �������� Regulation 43/02 is amended by striking out “and shall include at least one member from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care” at the end.

(2) Subsection 6 (6) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “With the exception of the member or members from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care or any other member or members who are public servants” at the beginning and substituting “With the exception of any member who is a public servant”.��

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
