Amending O. Reg. 384/07
(CONFLICT OF INTEREST COMMISSIONER: POWERS, DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS)
1. The title to 澳门永利 Regulation 384/07 is revoked and the following substituted:
Integrity Commissioner: Powers, Duties and Functions under the Act
2. (1) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting 鈥淭he Integrity Commissioner has the following additional powers, duties and functions:鈥.
(2) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
6. To educate and train ethics executives about their responsibilities under the Act.
3. Subsection 2 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out 鈥淐onflict of Interest Commissioner鈥 and substituting 鈥淚ntegrity Commissioner鈥.
4. Subsection 3 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out 鈥淐onflict of Interest Commissioner鈥 and substituting 鈥淚ntegrity Commissioner鈥.
Commencement
5. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 35 to the Restoring Trust, Transparency and Accountability Act, 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
