Amending O. Reg. 147/10

(PUBLIC BODIES AND COMMISSION PUBLIC BODIES - ETHICS EXECUTIVE FOR CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVANTS)

1. (1) Item 7 of Table 1 of �������� Regulation 147/10 is amended by striking out “Executive Lead for Safety, Licensing Appeals and Standards Tribunals ��������” in Column 2 and substituting “Executive chair of Tribunals ��������”.

(2) Item 8 of Table 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Executive Lead for Environment and Land Tribunals ��������” in Column 2 and substituting “Executive chair of Tribunals ��������”.

(3) Item 8.1 of Table 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Executive Lead for Environment and Land Tribunals ��������” in Column 2 and substituting “Executive chair of Tribunals ��������”.

(4) Item 12 of Table 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Executive Lead for Social Justice Tribunal ��������” in Column 2 and substituting “Executive chair of Tribunals ��������”.

(7) Item 17 of Table 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Executive Lead for Social Justice Tribunal ��������” in Column 2 and substituting “Executive chair of Tribunals ��������”.

(8) Item 18 of Table 1 of the Regulation is revoked.

(9) Item 22.1 of Table 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Executive Lead for Environment and Land Tribunals ��������” in Column 2 and substituting “Executive chair of Tribunals ��������”.

(10) Table 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

Commencement

2. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 1 (8) comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 17 to the Restoring Trust, Transparency and Accountability Act, 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

(3) Subsection 1 (18) comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 35 to the Restoring Trust, Transparency and Accountability Act, 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
