Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

1. (1) Schedule 52.1 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, 1990 is amended by adding the following items:

39.	Driver fail to wear seat belt properly	subsection 19.1 (3)
40.	Drive with passenger not in seating position with seat belt	clause 19.1 (4) (a)
41.	Drive with passenger not wearing seat belt properly	clause 19.1 (4) (b)

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
