Amending O. Reg. 197/96

(CONSENT APPLICATIONS)

1. (1) Section 1 of Schedule 1 to °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû Regulation 197/96 is revoked and the following substituted:

1. The name, address, telephone number and, if applicable, the e-mail address of the owner or the chargee, as the case may be, of the subject land, and of the agent if the applicant is the authorized agent of the owner or the chargee.

(2) Section 18 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

18. If the applicant is not the owner or the chargee of the subject land, the written authorization of the owner or the chargee, as the case may be, to the applicant to make the application.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
