Amending Reg. 729 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Subclauses 12 (1) (b) (i) and (ii) of Regulation 729 of the Revised Regulations of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

(i) a plant that complies with the Food Safety and Quality Act, 2001 and °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû Regulation 31/05 (Meat) made under that Act,

(ii) an establishment or a part of an establishment in relation to which the person holds a licence to slaughter food animals under the Safe Food for Canadians Act (Canada), or

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2021 and the day it is filed.
