(ASSIGNMENT OF POWERS AND DUTIES)
1. Item 1 of Table 1 of 澳门永利 Regulation 141/01 is revoked and the following substituted:

To control the delivery of liquor to the public, including, (a)听 the delivery, by a winery, of liquor that the winery may sell from a store it owns and operates; (b)听 the delivery, by a manufacturer of beer or spirits, of liquor that the manufacturer may sell from a store it owns and operates; and (c)听 the delivery, by Brewers Retail Inc., of liquor that may be sold from a store it operates. |
