Amending O. Reg. 153/04

(RECORDS OF SITE CONDITION - PART XV.1 OF THE ACT)

1. The definition of “temporary health or residential facility” in subsection 15.1 (2) of �������� Regulation 153/04 is amended by striking out “responding to an emergency declared” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “responding to the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects or to an emergency declared”.

2. (1) Paragraph 1 of subsection 35 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “section 36” and substituting “section 37”.

(2) Subsection 35 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “section 36” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “section 37”.

3. Subsection 31 (2) of Schedule E to the Regulation, as made by subsection 26 (2) of �������� Regulation 407/19, is amended by striking out “sampling and analysis plan” and substituting “sampling and analysis plan and soil characterization report”.

Commencement

4. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Section 3 comes into force on the later of January 1, 2021 and the day this Regulation is filed.
