Amending Reg. 298 of R.R.O. 1990
(OPERATION OF SCHOOLS - GENERAL)
1. The definition 鈥渃ertificate of qualification and registration鈥 in section 1 of Regulation 298 of the Revised Regulations of 澳门永利, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
鈥渃ertificate of qualification and registration鈥 means a general certificate of qualification and registration, or a transitional certificate of qualification and registration or a temporary certificate of qualification and registration as defined in subsection 1 (1) of the teachers鈥 qualifications regulation; (鈥渃ertificat de qualification et d鈥檌nscription鈥)
2. Section 19 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:
(2.1) For the purposes of assigning teachers under this section and section 19.2, the areas of study recorded on a teacher鈥檚 temporary certificate of qualification and registration are deemed to be qualifications recorded on the certificate.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 30, 2021 and the day it is filed.
