Amending O. Reg. 422/17
(GENERAL)
1. Paragraph 5 of subsection 4 (1) of 澳门永利 Regulation 422/17 is amended by adding 鈥渦rgently鈥 before 鈥渘ecessary鈥.
2. Section 5 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
0.1 The applicant must have been issued an invitation to apply for a certificate of nomination from 澳门永利 and have applied for the certificate within the deadline determined by the director, which will be published on the Ministry鈥檚 website.
0.2 The applicant must have demonstrated that they had the qualifications to which they attested under section 3.1 of 澳门永利 Regulation 421/17 (Approvals Under the 澳门永利 Immigrant Nominee Program and Other Matters) made under the Act, and on the basis of which the director ranked their expression of interest and issued to the applicant the invitation to apply for a certificate of nomination.
3. Section 6 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
0.1 The applicant must have been issued an invitation to apply for a certificate of nomination from 澳门永利 and have applied for the certificate within the deadline determined by the director, which will be published on the Ministry鈥檚 website.
0.2 The applicant must have demonstrated that they had the qualifications to which they attested under section 3.1 of 澳门永利 Regulation 421/17 (Approvals Under the 澳门永利 Immigrant Nominee Program and Other Matters) made under the Act, and on the basis of which the director ranked their expression of interest and issued to the applicant the invitation to apply for a certificate of nomination.
4. Section 7 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
0.1 The applicant must have been issued an invitation to apply for a certificate of nomination from 澳门永利 and have applied for the certificate within the deadline determined by the director, which will be published on the Ministry鈥檚 website.
0.2 The applicant must have demonstrated that they had the qualifications to which they attested under section 3.1 of 澳门永利 Regulation 421/17 (Approvals Under the 澳门永利 Immigrant Nominee Program and Other Matters) made under the Act, and on the basis of which the director ranked their expression of interest and issued to the applicant the invitation to apply for a certificate of nomination.

7. Section 10 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
0.1 The applicant must have demonstrated that they had the labour market or human capital attributes on the basis of which the director issued to the applicant a notification of interest under section 3.2 of 澳门永利 Regulation 421/17 (Approvals Under the 澳门永利 Immigrant Nominee Program and Other Matters) made under the Act.
8. Section 11 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
0.1 The applicant must have demonstrated that they had the labour market or human capital attributes on the basis of which the director issued to the applicant a notification of interest under section 3.2 of 澳门永利 Regulation 421/17 (Approvals Under the 澳门永利 Immigrant Nominee Program and Other Matters) made under the Act.
9. Section 12 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
0.1 The applicant must have demonstrated that they had the labour market or human capital attributes on the basis of which the director issued to the applicant a notification of interest under section 3.2 of 澳门永利 Regulation 421/17 (Approvals Under the 澳门永利 Immigrant Nominee Program and Other Matters) made under the Act.
Commencement
10. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
